The processing of the ACDSee version took significantly more time, and DxO could be a real time saver if the output is satisfactory, but on the other hand, more than triple the storage requirement. For the DxO images, I chose to compare both PRIME and DeepPRIME. There are many things DxO does well, especially its treatment of CA and treatment of heavy noise, but my images rarely have heavy noise. The purpose of this exercise is for ME to decide if I should procure DxO PureRAW pure and simple. I just wanted to share my observations on this single image in my evaluation of DxO PureRAW against my normal processing workflow with ACDSee + Topaz Denoise/Sharpen AI.

OK, WARNING, if not a pixel peeper, this ain't for you.
